We may also collect your credit information.  YOU AUTHORIZE US TO COLLECT CREDIT IFORMATION FROM CREDIT BUREAUS OR OTHER CREDIT REPORTING SERVICES. This will permit a seamless web site for appropriate auctions for buyers and sellers.

From time to time, portions of the Services may enable you to send emails and other types of messages to us or to third parties and to participate in bulletin boards and discussion groups. We have the right to use reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, copy, and display all such emails, messages, postings to bulletin boards and discussion groups throughout the world in any form, pursuant to the Website Terms of Use. Tailored Advertising
